Coaching
Empowerment Coaching is a process by which a trained professional helps bring out the absolute best in a client, be it a person, couple, family or corporation by emotionally connecting their inner purpose and passion to their outer goals and tasks to bring about extraordinary results.
PERSONAL COACHING: I work, one-on-one, with clients to achieve their greatest dreams. With this package, I meet with each client for 45 minutes, four times a month. This also includes unlimited email support. At the beginning, with a new coaching client, I suggest making an initial 3-month, 12 session commitment. After getting a strong foundation, most clients then renew their coaching agreements monthly.
NOTE: I work with each client to determine the length and duration of their coaching agreement based on their specific needs.
COACHING TUNE-UP: This is a single session for individuals finding they would like to be coached on a single issue, choice or obstacle. With this package, you receive 2 hours of coaching and unlimited email support for five days after the session.
EXECUTIVE COACHING: Whether it is professional development needs, communication barriers or undefined strategic planning and implementation I work with all types of organizations to find unprecedented success.

Mediation
Mediation is an informal dispute settlement process run by a trained third party, called a mediator. Mediation is intended to bring two parties together to clear up misunderstandings, find out concerns, and reach a resolution. The process is voluntary, although it may be urged by the courts or individual agencies.
During the mediation, each side will present its view of the issue, and the mediator will work with each side, together and separately (in a caucus) to attempt to work out a settlement. The mediator does not impose a decision on the parties but rather attempts to assist the parties in creating a solution that is acceptable to both parties. Mediation can be used in divorces, real estate, labor bargaining and in other disputes in an attempt to avoid taking a case to court.
MEDIATION SERVICES: Please email or call with your specific meditation needs or questions.
